Let’s outlaw gay conversion therapy in Massachusetts.
There’s a bill in the Statehouse to do just that: Bill H.1190 S.62
And the vote is coming up soon.
With a flood of support from our citizens, the legislature has a good chance of passing this bill.
Some people think there’s a “cure” for being gay.
They want to treat LGBTQ people like they have a disease. They call it “Gay Conversion Therapy” and it’s ruined countless young lives — even leading to suicides.
This cruel practice has already been outlawed in eight states. We can make it nine. Let them know that we don’t live in the Middle Ages. We live in Massachusetts.
